New Standard Dinner Blends
We went back to the drawing board and reformulated our top 8 blends. We shelved many of our older blends, and will concentrate on these 8 blends going forward. Salt has been added back, monkfruit extract has been added where sweetness was needed, and a couple of our blends are now fully cold smoked for 24 hours!
